B.Pharm Lateral Entry is a direct admission to the second year of the Bachelor of Pharmacy program for D.Pharm graduates, allowing them to complete their undergraduate degree in 3 years instead of 4.

The B.Pharm Lateral Entry program is specifically designed for students who have completed their Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm). This pathway allows diploma holders to advance their career by obtaining a bachelor's degree in pharmacy with advanced standing. Students join directly in the second year of the B.Pharm program.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have completed D.Pharm from a PCI approved institution
  • Minimum aggregate of 50% marks in D.Pharm (45% for SC/ST candidates)
  • Should have completed D.Pharm course within the stipulated time frame
  • Must qualify in relevant entrance examinations (NEET/State CET)
  • Age limit as per university norms
